  Ordered a pizza online at 9:46pm last night, it was my boyfriends birthday and he wasn't feeling well enough to go out to dinner. I got the email stating it will be delivered by 10:19pm...10:40pm rolls around an I call to see where my pizza is. the lady that answered the phone informed me that they were JUST NOW leaving with my pizza. At 11:00pm my pizza arrived the guy handed it to me and left immediately. There was no warmth to the box at all the pizza was stone cold, I could tell without opening the box. Once I looked inside I realized that it wasn't even close to the simple pizza I ordered. I ordered pepperoni and this had everything including pineapples. so I call the store and ask for a refund and my original pizza. The woman on the phone goes to tell me they could give me a credit towards a pizza another time. I asked for them to refund my money not for a pizza. They got me my refund and acted surprised when I asked for the correct pizza. The lady comes back to the phone and tells me "ma'am we are closed" are you kidding me you made me wait over and hour for a cold pizza that I didn't even order and you cant even bring me the correct on because now you are closed!!! Needless to say I will NOT be returning to this place and will make the drive to PAPA JOHNS for now on!!!

  I order from Independence Pizza Hut all the time for delivery and they are good. Only once did I have an issue and they took care of it with no problems. The drivers are friendly and fast. Highly recommend them.
